Reached out to get some info on Invisalign treatment and when they called back and found out that I was in the middle of treatment and needing to switch offices due to my insurance switching up and my current office being out of network it quickly changed to not wanting to help me at all. When they 1st called they were all ready to help me out and get me in for a consult in starting my treatment but when I reminded them that I was in the middle of treatment she quickly rushed me off the phone and said she would need to contact me back later. Few mins later got an email stating that I should just stay with my current provider( which is out of network 1st of the year) and work it out with them. Seems to me they are not there to help you unless they can get the full amount of money out of you for your treatment. If they can not make the big bucks off you they will send you down the road.
