My son visited this office for a routine dental cleaning. To make a very long story short, the dental insurance provided by our employer, which covered the cleanings, went out of business according to Infiniti HR who supplied us the insurance. There is now a case filed with the Dept. of Labor regarding this, as we were not the only people who had treatment and the offices were not paid. I had been in contact multiple times with the office trying to get this resolved via telephone, text and email and even mad them aware of the case filing. When I returned back to MO I was shocked to find we had been sent to collections for $275 cleaning. What kind of business would send its patrons to collections when they were aware that the insurance company had gone out of business. If $275 is going to make or break this practice, that’s an issue. Would not recommend this practice to anyone!!! They are more concerned with money than patients. Shame!!!

I've been with Dr. Arrington for years!! When we first moved to the area I told him is was afraid of needles. Now I can say I'm not afraid any more. He is the BEST DENTIST my family has ever had!!! Thank you for your warmth

I have been going to Dr. Arrington's office since I was a little kid! I have never felt more comfortable with both him and the staff. Any time something changes with the normal routine, they always explain everything clearly. I know a lot of people despise going to the dentist, in fear of going through pain or that they will try and get you for all your money.
