So this office is completely OON with our insurance. Working on paying a bill down and they don't take any form of care credit or any line of dental plan to work with you. They expect of thousands of dollars to be paid in full. Listen, the way things are right now, we all don't have magic money trees in the backyard growing or else we'd be okay to pay this off. Staff doesn't work with you in any manner. When they bill you, they leave messages on the bill writing in "RED" stating you need to pay this amount now. Excuse you? We never signed any form of agreement and your office stated to pay what we can. I've never dealt with such harassment from an office constantly billing you. And then when it sent, they take their time cashing it. Maybe if you took the care credit which we have the money, this would be paid for. Tired of this office staff...awful business. Gave my husband his smile back. That's the only good thing.
