Rude, abrupt personality, lack of patient centric atmosphere I have switched dentist and now the fillings she did all need replaced… she figures out the insurance you have / what they pay and figures her dental plan for you that way. Don’t go here look for another dentist

Dr Tracey Turner is one of the most efficient dentist I’ve been to! She is professional, friendly and kind! I literally hate going to the dentist but she makes every appointment fun and carefree! Also a fun fact I learned since going there is she feeds the homeless in her spare time!! She is an amazing dentist and person all around!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!

Dr. Turner is rather unfriendly and her staff aren't very warm either. I come to this facility regularly for my yearly exams but I don't enjoy doing it- not because I don't like getting my teeth cleaned, but because the staff are pretty abrupt and harsh with their tools. The experience is usually overall unpleasant. Not to mention I have to lay there listening to a constant loop of Christian music in the background...

Do not recommend. Unnecessary procedures done with subsequent issues. She does not stand behind her work or her referral of endodontist. She is rather impersonal to top it all off!
