FAKE people. I was so comfortable coming in until I could hear them talking about patients in their middle rooms. We can all hear you!

Dentist who charges for missing an appointment, my mother was sick and passed away, my wife and I both had to miss the appointments, left messages and called to tell the office what happened, he still keeps sending us bills for not showing up. Heartless and callas man, sorry I cant not recommend him.

It was a tricky place to find, the first time, so either call and ask for directions or give yourself an extra 10 minutes. That being said, I love this place! It's very quaint, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly, it doesn't feel like you're in a dentist office! I avoid the dentist like the plague...too many horrific experiences. My comfort level with Dr. Milner and his staff was at a 9.5 (the dental sounds still creep me out.) Why go anywhere else? You MUST check them out!

First visit with Dr. Ty Milner and his Assistant, Kaitland and I received a Fantastic teeth cleaning and overall checkup from this team today! It has been many years since I have had such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE from a dentist visit and teeth cleaning! The Office and Staff are very personable and welcoming! Overall, I am Exceptionally Pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND MILNER DENTISTRY! It is Wonderful knowing we still have Great Dental Offices and Teams in Springfield! Thank You So Very Much!!!
