Dr. Tyman Loveless, DMD

Dr. Loveless was courteous professional, compassionate and empathetic. The office staff is another matter. Dental care is very scary especially when you have suffered bad care that left permanent damage. I unfortunately said, not yelled a bad word, about an application, not a personal remark about anyone and angered an associate. She started saying no bad language .I apologized. It was not enough. The associate went on for 5 minutes about no profanity, then said 'she didn't feel safe' and would reschedule. I was aghast to hear dog whistle language. She did not see a scared older woman, she saw some Mau Mau with a machete . I decided to amend this review because Dr. Loveless was wonderful. The doctor and clinical staff didn't see me as a threat I was seen and received excellent care .He is an outstanding oral surgeon, and the clinical staff is great. Unfortunately, your administrative staff has a malevolent 'Karen'. She is the sole reason for this negative review

I came in to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was beyond nervous and they helped keep me calm. The assistant to dr loveless, mel, stayed with me the entire time and made the process very relaxing and easy. The all sound happy to be at work which makes the environment happy and helps the nerves. The front desk ladies made sure I had all of my paper work in order before I showed up for my appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone who would need work done.

I recently completed a tooth implant process in Dr Loveless' office. Word of caution : Be sure that you understand that the implant is not the crown or actual tooth. Dr loveless does not do these. He only does the hardware part or 'implant'. Dr Loveless & staff were somewhat evasive with this information until my 2nd to last visit when I was told, that the tooth was my regular dentist's job. That being said, Dr Loveless runs an efficient practice. He & all staff are skilled.

Today I arrived to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation. I was so anxious about this whole thing. The staff is amazing! They were so friendly, patient, and did a great job of having conversations that distracted and calmed me. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. The office was clean and inviting. Their process was efficient. My dentist had referred me to a different oral surgeon, but when I did my research, the other place did not have good reviews. I'm so happy I chose Archway! Their reviews don't lie ?? I didn't have to go back to my dentist for a different referral or deal with insurance. They took care of it all!

I had implant surgery on April 25 and Dr. Loveless is extraordinary! The doctor is extremely skilled and provides an essentially painless experience. His surgical assistant, Michelle, is wonderful, very compassionate and patient. Plus the business staff expertly managed my insurance claim for a quick and flawless billing and copayment process. If I ever again need oral surgery then Dr. Loveless and his team are my #1 choice.

Excellent care, Dr Loveless and the entire staff are kind, caring, skilled, I felt very secure in their abilities. Absolutely highly recommend.

I am a very satisfied customer! Dr. Loveless was easy to speak with, looked me in the eyes while we talked (which I think is very important), answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do and what I could expect during the procedure. It was very reassuring and I really appreciated that. He's confident about the job he's performing and I will definitely go back to him for any of the services offered. I sure wish he did root canals. His staff is also the absolute best!
