Dr. Blumenkranz Uziel is an Endodontist and a root canal specialist that specialize in pain such as tooth fractures, root canal therapy, nerve issues in the tooth, pain to cool or hot drinks, etc in Washington, DC and the surrounding areas. We work with our patients to eliminate tooth pain and to provide all your endodontic needs in a comfortable, clean environment.

After a two-month recovery from a root canal performed in Fairfax, Virginia, which left me with residual pain and soreness in and around the treated area, a friend referred me to Dr. Blumenkranz. The doctor took several X-rays, identified the origin of the tooth ache and discomfort, treated me, and prescribed appropriate medicines and facial exercises. He kindly called me early the next day to find out how I was feeling. For the first time in two months, my tooth ache is under control and I am feeling well. Dr. Blumenkranz is a highly experienced and skilled specialist. He is a very kind and caring doctor. I am so lucky to have been treated by him. He is the best of the best.

I was temporarily in the DC area for work when I abruptly had excruciating pain radiating from a tooth that had undergone a root canal by a dentist from another state. He told me to come by immediately and was able to work me in between patients. He was very methodical, knowledgeable and caring, and was able to solve the tooth issue. I later realized that I had overpaid my copay. Less than 12 hours of me notifying his office of this, he had a check in the mail refunding the difference!

I am not sure about the doctor, but the staff is inept at best. My appointment was canceled the evening before my appointment after waiting two weeks in moderate pain. The first cancellation, the doctor was sick. No one ever called to let me know. I happened to find out when I called to confirm my own appointment. The second time, the appointment was canceled because they would not accept my insurance. Sure wish they had told me that the first time I schedule. I wasted two weeks.
