Dr. Urban is simply Wonderful!!! I have had several dentist's over the years and really just completed the process because I knew that it needed to be done. Dr. Urban is different. Allow me to provide an example: I had an appoinment scheduled, but inclement weather occurred the night before. To my surprise Dr. Urban called me to see if I could make it, because if I could she would!!! Now that's caring!!!

I recommend Lifetime Smile for great dental experience. I have been a patient for several years and I have been satisfied after each and every visit. Dr. Urban is very professional, thorough and attentive. The office staff is courteous and pleasant and Lori, my regular hygienist is very patient. When the rest of the staff provides other in office services, they are all understanding and accommodating. The office atmosphere puts one at ease because it is calm and welcoming.
