I work in the field of dentistry, and I say, hands down, Dr. Crutchfield is about the best orthodontist out there. I sent my daughter to him, and he did an amazing job. She was a severe case, and he treated her without surgery. She has a beautiful smile! I'm now getting ready to send my granddaughter to him! Thanks Crutch!

Do not choose this Orthodontist. Horrible experience with this doctor, which caused months worth of unnecessary pain and suffering. Worst of all, when confronted with the obvious mistake he made, Dr. Crutchfield refused to apologize or even acknowledge his mistake. He was very arrogant and irresponsible. In a nutshell, he made a custom mouth guard for me. The purpose of the mouth guard was to prevent the back teeth from touching so as to prevent night grinding (and resultant severe headaches, in my case). He let a young assistant adjust my night guard. That assistant altered the piece significantly - he shaved down/eliminated the essential front, downwardly-protruding piece of the guard, the sole purpose of which was to prevent the back teeth from touching. During that adjustment visit, the assistant did not check the guard at all to make sure his alteration was appropriate and Dr. Crutchfield did not check the guard at all or have any involvement in that visit whatsoever.
