About
Dr. Dismuke is a Georgia native, born in Albany. He lived in Atlanta while his father was in Emory Dental School and later in Hartwell, where his father practiced General Dentistry. He attended Mercer University (SAE fraternity), UGA, and Emory Dental School. After his graduation in 1976, he was a Lieutenant in the Navy Dental Corps at the Parris Island Dental Clinic for two years. He began his Rome practice in 1978, and built his current office in East Rome in 1984.He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, the Floyd County Dental Society and NW Georgia District Dental Society. He is actively involved in ARC 2000, a local dental study group and other continuing education classes. He is a member of the Rome Chamber of Commerce.
