Everything started out great. Instead of taking accountability for a issue I had with a tooth he worked on, he wanted to argue. Every tooth he worked on has had to be re done by my current dentist. My experience. My review.
Highly recommend to be very careful with Dr. Willian Goff.
If he is telling you “we cannot save your tooth and have to put the crown” - think twice before saying yes to him. He has done this with me twice and it was too late when I realized that it was not necessary. More than that, one of the crowns flew off after 2.5 years! On my current practice my new dentist confirmed (based on earlier made X-rays ) that both crowns were unnecessary and both were poorly done.
I thought painless dentistry was a fiction until I became a patient of Dr Goff. After dealing with a nagging toothache for a week I finally called on Monday afternoon to make an appointment with Dr Goff. They scheduled me for an appointment the following morning and the problem teeth were no longer a problem by lunch. The front office staff is as efficient and professional as the dental staff.
I am a new patient and being new to the office location, I got lost so I called the Reception Desk (not realizing I was near the entrance!). One of the ladies was kind enough to step out in the lobby to find me :)
The hygienist, Regina was very professional and courteous. She explained in detail what to expect before and during the cleaning service. She was patient and gentle with my teeth... mind you, it's been 2 years since I last went to a dentist @-@
It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Goff. He suggested next dental procedures which of course, I have scheduled and will be back!

Having gone to Dr Goff for routine care for several years; I recently required some more invasive bonding and filling procedures. As always, he was kind, attentive, and thorough in all of our interactions. His staff are also kind and efficient; with my never having had to wait for extended periods of time or manage billing snags. Top notch!

Doctor Goff is en excellent
doctor however I am not satisfied with the appearance of newly installed dental crown on tooth #30. Crown has a dark grey underline next to the gum line. After conducting additional research, I found that type of the crow that was installed is Porcelain crow. I would like to replace this newly installed crown with all ceramic crown. Doctor has to educate his patients on types of crowns available to install and all pros and cons of all available options. I am not an expert in dentistry and I would like for my doctor to guide me through the selection process. I was not made a part of the decision making process and as a patient I should have a choice and clear understanding of what types of medical solutions are available for me.
