Dr. William O'Donnell, DMD

Just finished aligner treatment. Very happy with the result. Treatment was fast-6 months. Aligners were clearer and more comfortable than ones my friends had from Invisalign- and more than half the cost. They make them right there in their own lab and had them ready in a week.

I have had a great experience with this office. I love the new Berkshire Aligners, I followed their directions on how to use them, they answered any questions I had promptly and my teeth look great! I highly recommend them!

Girls in office are rude never smile. Had a consult with Dr. ODonnell have not seen him since. Parents are not allowed in room. Bracket fell off second day and they will not repair for three weeks. Guess I will be serving my child mashed potatos only for our thanksgiving celebration. You cant make everyone happy all the time but these people dont even try to accommodate after scool appointments or quick repair. I should have gone out of network.

He is absolutely horrible and I hate going to his office. He doesn't speak to me or his assistants about what he's doing, he has repeatedly lied to me/changed his mind about what he's doing. He doesn't write what has happened in appointments down in my file, and his assistants have repeatedly asked ME what is happening in the appointment. My family and I would leave but the closest orthodontist would be two hours away if we didn't go to him. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.
