Front Office Staff is very bad. Does not treat Patients with respect and understanding.

I won't even go into the details of the nightmare that this Dentist caused me with respect to my so-called treatment plan. All I will say is that I ultimately lost a tooth because he was unable to properly diagnose and treat it from the start. His office staff is not much better. They overcharged me on my deductible - this is my fault for not understanding my coverage. But it literally took them 10 months and multiple emails from me to file the claim. Over a year has passed and when I inquired about the status of a refund of nearly $500 the office staff told me that a check had been mailed "recently." When I calmly insisted that she give me the date that is on the check she HUNG UP. When I called back, they HUNG UP the phone again without saying a word. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with office staff in all my life.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Swann for many years now but just recently my daughter needed some minor work done that required a few visits. Amazing results and both me and my daughter were satisfied. Dr. Swann and his staff are friendly and professional. I feel honored to recommend any family or friends to his practice.
