My experience at the Harborview office was also horrible. My root canal was on the left side, however my right eye was sagging after receiving the numbing shot. This was very alarming as I have had numbing shots before but never has my eye drooped from it. When I questioned this he seemed very offended. He keeps repeating himself over and over. I have had a root canal before with no pain at all. He explained that I need to be on an antibiotic, however they never called one in to my pharmacy, so I called the office and asked them to call it in. The next day still no prescription for me. Still trying to get an antibiotic. To be fair the assistants and office employees were all very professional.

Hollow sincerity for your comfort. Praying my root canal heals properly after this awful experience . Very unfriendly disinterested assistant who hums along with the music playing (real professional huh?) He seemed irritated that I needed more novocaine than the norm.. This is the endodontist that gives having a root canal the bad reputation that it has. I have had root canals before and they were nothing like this.

Horrible experience at the Mars location. Gave me so much Novocaine, my eye was sagging, unable to blink or close my eye. The hygienist couldn't get the water squirting thing to operate and some novocaine dripped out of the syringe and went down my throat-- can't say she was in a rush either. I could barely swallow because it was so numb,and when I did try, it was very painful and scary. Was almost totally unable to speak, and when I did, it was essentially unintelligible.
