Dr. Yi-Ping Liu grew up in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and studied at McGill University. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from State University of New York at Buffalo. In 2009, Dr. Liu completed her specialty training and her Master's degree in Orthodontics at Saint Louis University. In addition to North Carolina, Dr. Liu has also practiced in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. She has been certified as an Invisalign Provider since 2009 and is an Invisalign 2016 Preferred Provider. She enjoys helping patients improve their smiles with individual customized treatment. In her spare time, she loves traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family. Dr. Liu is honored and happy to serve your community, neighborhood, and to become your orthodontist to help you achieve your wonderful smile.

I’ve been coming to this orthodontist for almost a year and the staff is amazing. They’re very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. They also follow strict CDC guidelines due to COVID-19 and that’s makes me feel much more safe. I’d give them two thumbs up!

She was very clear on the process of getting braces and how the teeth are impacted. Her team was also very informed. She was very personable.

I was thoroughly aggravated by the front desk services we received. We have been in the midst of an insurance claim dispute stemming from neglected services of the front financial office. As a result, we weren't told that our next visit would be held up unless a monetary payment payment well in the 100's was paid. Why weren't we told this in advance to avoid taking my child out of school and me taking off work. Aggravated by lack of communication and disregard for my time. The dispute is valid and until it is resolved it unfair to stall on services to force payment for something that is still being diaputed not by our doing.
