I did not get to see Dr. Xu in person with my general exam appointment but I heard good words about him. The issue is with the front desk Allison, who gave me two different estimates within a week for the next appointment and refused to provide reasonable explanations about why the second one did not include the previous discount. She sort of walked away when I first checked in as well and it was another staff who checked me in. Not sure what the issue is with her treating patients. I saw that Dr. Xu and Allison used to work together in Rantoul. So I just hoped that he can re-consider who's on his team.
