About
Dr. Zack Neitzey was born and raised on a small farm in Virginia, and attended Radford University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2013. Upon graduation, Zack enrolled at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in the Class of 2017. While at Tufts, Zack took on his own research project looking into the authenticity of exam questions. He participated in a number of community service events such as Missions of Mercy, Sharewood Dental Clinic, Project Bridge, and Smile Squad. He also participated in the Teaching Assistant program, offering academic and clinical assistance to underclassmen. He represented his class as chair of the Admissions Committee. Zack also received the Tufts Merit Scholarship awarded to the top 5% of the class out of 200, earned Deans List all four years, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. His most memorable highlight of dental school was replacing a patient's broken front teeth with crowns, which the patient stated, "Improved her life significantly." In his free time, Dr. Neitzey enjoys eating, working out, and hanging out with friends.
