Varble Orthodontics is housed within Dentistry for Children and Adolescents, one of the largest and most well respected pediatric dentistry practices in the St. Louis area. We often coordinate our appointments with cleaning appointments of the patient or the patient's siblings. Our relationship with Dentistry for Children and Adolescents also offers a continuity of care. If we see a reason to consult with the pediatric dentist, and vice versa, the patient and parent can receive that feedback immediately. Dr. Zachary Varble treats patients like part of his family, and develops a trusting relationship at each patient's first visit. Our high quality treatments ensure each person will receive the orthodontic care they need and the beautiful smile they deserve. In addition to braces for children, teens and adults, we are also proud to offer self-ligating braces such as Empower and Empower ``C`` by American Orthodontics

Rude office staff and pushy attitude. The initial visit for consult was fine, but soon after we started receiving calls and letter to 'remind' us to start treatment. We found this a little pushy, but still decided to go ahead and start. I had some questions about braces for my daughter and when I mentioned this to the receptionist, she rudely said they must have already went over these during consult and we will not get to ask the questions and must just sign all the paperwork. After repeatedly telling her that we were only given the papers on the way out of the consult and didn't get these questions answered, she still refused so we left.
