I recently came to Dr. Solanki with an emergency root canal and abscessed molar. Having been in in various roles in healthcare for over 25yrs, including as Patient Experience Coordinator and Office Manger, I can say without reservation Dr. Solanki and her assistants are amazing. Sensitive, efficient, flexible, and excellent communicators, they demonstrated the calm and peaceful environment you need when you're in pain.
Dr was mad because my appointment went over the expected one hour. I was in severe pain since I have TMJ and they were unable to get me totally numb. She said 'well I guess I won't be making dinner for my kids tonight'. She went on and on about how long it was taking. Worst experience of my life
Hi, i had a very complex wisdom tooth for root canal procedure, Dr. Poonam initially said it would not be possible because of the location and complexities of the tooth and most probably referring me for the tooth extraction, but then she said she will give it a try and try her best to complete the procedure if i cooperate well, then she started and completed my entire root canal procedure...i cannot say it was easy but i am happy she was able to save my tooth. Thank you so much Dr. Poonam and Anabelle for helping me save my tooth, would definitely recommend it to others.
This was the worst experience ever. Solanki was very late, rude and so unprofessional. I will never go there again or refer anyone to her office. I am headed to another wonderful office in town and I hope you are too!
Dr. Solanki and her entire staff were kind and professional. Dr. Solanki explained each step of my root canal procedure, and continually checked in with me to make sure I was doing well. Her communication is exceptional, as is her genuine care for her patient. The main things I look for are for the procedure to be done correctly, skillfully and to be treated with respect. Dr. Solanki accomplished all of this and more. She seems to take great pride in her work and values her patient relationship.

Very knowledgeable and attentive to the patient. I would recommend her should you need a root canal. She cares about the patients comfort and explains the steps she is taking to ensure success.
