IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WOULD. . . I WAS CALLING AROUND TO LOOK FOR A NEW DENTIST, A BLACK ONE IN PATICULAR. I AM A GROWN MAN, WHY MY MAMA OR DADDY NEED TO CALL AND SET AN APPT FOR THEIR 24 YEAR OLD SON I DONT KNOW. .
IN ADDITION TO THAT THIS LADY PROFILED ME AS IF I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE AFTER TELLING HER I HAD 3 DIFFERENT INSURANCES BETWEEN ME AND MY PARENTS. HER RESPONSE WAS THEY NEEDED TO CALL TO SET ME AN APPT. SAD BLACK PEOPLE CANT EVEN CALL BLACK DOCTORS FOR REAL HELP. . . WILL NOT RECOMMEND, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PROFILING BLACK PEOPLE !

2/18/20 the handicap ramp is located in the back of the practice. I parked an wheeled my mother up a steep heel while two male employees watched. I asked to be let through the back Of the practice the way we entered because that is where I was parked and I needed to move my car to the front because needed to get my mothers oxygen tanks to bring in because I was dropping her off.
The secretary at the desk told me to walk around From the front entrance to the back (which means leave out the front door in the rain) to get to the outside to the back where my car was to get the oxygen it’s raining !!! and I’m 7 months pregnant!!!!!. I would give zero stars based off customer courtesy alone !
