I would like to give Dr Manhiani and her staff their 5-star rating and I wish it was a 100-star rating! I was referred to her and I have just continued to make her place mine to take care of all of my dental needs! I have anxiety but I feel so comfortable, relaxed, and valued! She is very knowledgeable and an awesome addition to the dental community in the CSRA! I am blessed to have her and her staff in my life!

I was a customer for 4 - 5 years. Dr Manhiani was always very nice and I had no issues with the actual dental/cleaning team. The billing staff members are my reason for going elsewhere and poor rating. The way a “same day cancellation” fee situation was handled, rubbed me the wrong way.

My children and I enjoyed getting our cleanings at this dental clinic because they were very thorough and the staff was kind. However, the reason I’m not giving five stars is because they only took partial X-rays instead of a full set. At my last cleaning, I was told I had to get X-rays before the cleaning, so I agreed. I assumed they would take partial X-rays of all my teeth, but when I received the images by email, I noticed that only a few teeth on the left and right sides were taken. Since I’ll be moving soon, I’m worried that if I bring these X-rays to a new dentist, they might recommend taking new ones again.

Also, after I canceled my children’s cleaning appointments and tried to reschedule due to new dental issues, I was told their status is now “inactive” and I cannot make a new appointment. *This was the first time I canceled appointments for my daughter and son. I was surprised to hear that my daughter and son is now marked as inactive.
