Dr. Nguyen was lifesaving for a dental emergency my fiancée had this past Friday. I was searching everywhere all day for a place that would take him without insurance and a ton of money to front for a severely cracked tooth/cavity. Dr. Nguyen reached out on a post I made looking for resources and was able to get us in same day for exam, x-rays, and extraction. Offered us options and insight but no pressure to go one way or another, showed genuine care for my fiancée's needs and pain, and was very well priced on such short notice.

He even let us play some of our favorite music on the TV while he worked on the tooth and the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and positive vibes. Dr. is very easy to talk to and he is very professional while personable as well. Extremely easy to reach as you can text his office line and text him directly with questions. Could not say enough great things about this experience and will definitely be seeing him for our regular care! Highly recommend.

I came in for an emergency but I will be coming here for all my dental needs now. They are very welcoming and make the experience as pleasant and simple as possible. The costs here are very reasonable also

I’m unbelievably grateful for how friendly and efficient 101 Dental is. Both the doctor and the hygienist are personable and approachable! I felt at ease at every appointment. I came in with an emergency pain/broken tooth situation (on a Saturday evening!). I was diagnosed quickly, given a prescription for antibiotics, and they laid out a clear plan for what needed to happen next and when… they had even checked my insurance and were able to tell me how much it would cost by the end of the initial visit.

It took several weeks to work through as it involved a root canal (4 roots 🥴) and a crown. Each visit was efficient and pleasant, even with the type of work they had to do! They seem to have the most up-to-date tools, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and patiently- with visuals! For the first time in years, I can chew on both sides of my mouth! I don’t think I knew how much my broken tooth was affecting my daily mood. I’ve even had people say to me “you seem more upbeat” and I definitely think it’s because they fixed this tooth for me and I’m out of pain. Fortunately, they do take my insurance, and for what I couldn’t pay out-of-pocket, they helped me find a way to make payments.

I am incredibly appreciative of that. I have never actually *liked* a dental office before, but I really like this team!!

am leaving an unfavorable review of Dr. Nguyen and his 101 Dental Office due to a deeply disappointing experience. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen neglected to follow through, leaving my treatment incomplete for three months. This oversight allowed my jaw to fully heal, necessitating a second oral surgery.

When the office finally contacted me, they acted as though nothing was wrong, offering no apology or acknowledgment of their error. While I believe Dr. Nguyen is a skilled and honest dentist, his attention to detail, bedside manner, and professionalism were severely lacking in this instance. I urge caution to anyone considering treatment at this office.
