Horrible service, the staff values ​​money more than the health of the patient. I looked at the rating of this clinic and decided to visit to clean my teeth, since I had a problem three weeks ago and was not satisfied. The specialist began to do an x-ray and at that time the girl from the front desk came and said that I recently had an x-ray, to which the specialist replied "what should I do, not do an x-ray?" "no big deal" she said and continued her work. Then I asked how often it can be done, she answered twice a year (which I did not know and already did twice), but since I was here before, she was forced to do it and she resolutely began to do it, not giving me the opportunity to refuse.

Okay, that's not all. After the x-ray, she looks at my teeth and says that she will not be able to remove those stains from the teeth that remained from the previous cleaning and make them whiter and starts to give me a lecture. I ask her, why didn't you tell me about this before the x-ray, that you will not be able to remove them, you looked into my mouth, right? ?? Of course, she couldn't give me any clear answer. I got up and left.

They didn't do the cleaning, they did an X-ray that shouldn't have been done, although there was an opportunity to request this X-ray from another clinic, since it was done three weeks ago and after all this they sent me a bill. Shame on such doctors who put money above human life!!!

I have been going to this dental office for several years, but I have notice that they keep having different doctors and basically you don't see one in particular you see the one that they appoint to you. I made an appointment because a filling came loose, so the day of the appt the doctor was suppose to fix the filling, I felt they were rushing, but the doctor said that I needed a dental cleaning which I have had 5 months before, the doctor said that she couldn't do it because of a dental cleaning, what kind of excuse is that? when I ask what was really happening she said that she was working by herself that day and wouldn't fix my filling. I made an appointment to correct a problem in my mouth but this office overbook the doctors causing patients to go several times for a simple procedure. and having the doctors to say absurd answers.

I would think twice before I make another appointment here. very unprofessional.

Front desk girl with an accent is RUDE and needs to be trained. Had an appointment last week for a cleaning and check up a girl with blonde hair had cleaned my teeth AND DID NOT FLOSS MY TEETH…. . and then tried looking at a old x ray I came in for months back and said I had cavities…… how without retaking the x ray would you know….

She is rude and doesn’t even tell you to open your mouth or anything when getting a cleaning just have to do it on your own and open your mouth . . like what 😂😂UNPROFESSIONAL
