I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction based on a promise made by Dr. Erkan. She had assured both me and my mom that the cost would be $314 per tooth. I even texted her two days before my appointment to confirm this, and she reiterated the same price. However, on the day of the procedure, Dr. Erkan wasn’t present. The oral surgeon, Dr. Fadi, performed the extraction and I was shocked to be charged $480 for one tooth and $650 for the other.

More than double the agreed amount. I attempted to contact Dr. Erkan via phone and text to resolve this, but she never responded. She still hasn’t. She’s completely disappeared. Being ignored like this by a professional is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked the front desk receptionist (specifically the one with the short blonde hair) to call Dr. Erkan for clarification, she refused and told me she wouldn’t “bother” her. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unbelievable.

I also expressed that I suffer from dental anxiety, yet Dr. Fadi made no effort to ease my nerves, talk me through the procedure, or even check in with how I was doing. Basic bedside manner was completely missing. Now, not only do I feel scammed, but I’m also left with an insurance bill that maxes out my annual dental coverage—leaving me unable to afford the fillings or cleanings I still need. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received none of the above here.
