Edyta and Nadia were amazing - apparently they have been let go. The 1 time i met Dr. Julie she was not welcoming. They overcharge. My husband is in the union so we have great insurance yet I always needed to pay out of pocket for things that "weren't covered". I told my hygienist many times to stick within our coverage. My husband went to a different dentist office and never paid out of pocket. I had 1 hygienist break my top wire before I went to Greece - Dr.

Liz tried to replace it when i got home however after MONTHS we finally decided that i would forgo the wire and wear a PERMANENT retainer monthly. This is documented in my bi-weekly attendances. Dr. Liz is great however she refused to contact me when I had issues. Roya is not helpful and extremely condescending - she told me if i can't afford their services to look elsewhere. (My husband is in the union and has full benefits) I miss Edyta.

Dr. Julie is the most passionate dentist I have met . She is dedicated to providing the best service and her results went beyond our expectations . My daughter hasn't stopped smiling and had the best experience with Dr. Julie and the Invisalign process.

I have been a client for a long time and I am very disappointed with their communication. I have asked them to follow up on a matter last year!!! and they never got back to me after several months. I even followed up two times and talked to the new manager but she never did anything either.

They pester me with their calls and messages though when they want me to book a new appt. Not professional and no care for the client’s concerns from the dentist.

I've been a loyal patient at this clinic for 10 years. Unfortunately, it’s no longer the same since the previous two dentists left. 1. Post-Procedure Pain Ignored: After a crown mold appointment for my implant, I experienced sharp pain and called the emergency line. I was advised to take Tylenol, and thankfully, the pain subsided by the next day. However, when I returned for the crown placement, no one followed up about the issue until I brought it up myself. The dentist admitted she may have pinched or screwed into my gum when placing the cap and apologized—but the lack of attentiveness and follow-up was disappointing.

2. Dog in the Clinic: At my most recent visit, I was surprised to see a dog behind the reception desk. When I asked if it was a service dog, the dentist first said it was an “emotional support dog. ” When I asked for clarification on whether it was a certified service dog, she didn’t directly confirm but claimed to have the certificates and insisted she knew the regulations and was following them. She also stated that clothes and shoes bring in more germs than a dog. (This is not a professional argument since Infection control protocols are designed to minimize all avoidable risks, not compare one risk to another. ) When I asked to see the certification at the front desk, the receptionist returned with a collar that said “Emotional Support Dog” and put it on the dog's neck—no documentation or certification was shown.

Emotional support animals are **not legally recognized as service dogs** under Ontario's AODA regulations and should not be present in a medical environment, where strict hygiene and infection control are required. As a dog lover and poodle owner myself, I absolutely support emotional support animals in appropriate settings. However, allowing one in a dental clinic raises legitimate health and safety concerns. Sadly, these experiences make me feel that the clinic no longer upholds the professional standards I once trusted for many years.
