I went in for a filling. The dr did a great job as far as the placement of the filling and being gentle however, when I eat it now hurts. I called to get it corrected as I am in pain and the guy at the reception would not give me an appointment until the following week.
I had to request to speak to the office manager for them to accommodate me the same day. It is very inconsiderate to leave patients in pain. I'm also starting a new job on Monday and can not afford to take off on my 1st week!

Today was my first day at this dentist office. I came for a check up. I have to say that I hate going to dentists because I have horrible gag reflex and as soon as they start working on my teeth, I start to gag. Dr. Jay did my cleaning today and I can't belive that I didn't gag NOT EVEN ONCE. I am shocked! I was relaxed and amazed how he did everything without causing any problems for me. He is pure magician! I still have no clue what did he do and how he managed to finish the work without causing me any discomfort. From now on, I will just see him for dental work because Dr. Jay is just pure magic.
I can't explain how happy I am to finally find a dentist with magical hands who knows how to deal with people who have pretty bad gag reflex. He is so welcoming and friendly and you won't feel stressed at all. Dr. Jay's assistant was awesome too. She was patient, listened to me, very friendly and kind. When it comes to all the other employees there, those people are such a gem! All of them were so kind and friendly. They treat you with so much respect and like you're part of a family. You will definitely feel like home with them and won't have a feeling like you came to the dental office. If you want a dental office where employees will treat you as a part of their family, where they'll listen to you and make your visit as comfortable as possible, this is THE RIGHT PLACE! And on top of everything, they were professional and on time.
As soon as I came in the office, I was given forms to fill out and I was taken to the room. After assistant finished taking my x-rays, I sat in the chair and bang, doctor was already there! So, be sure that you won't wait there. And as for Dr. Jay or Dr. Magic, I can't express enough my gratitude for making me so comfortable and, for the first time, enjoying my visit at dentist. I feel really lucky and happy to have you as my dentist. Whoever has gag reflex or hates seeing dentist, I would higly recommend this place!

Dr. Nijhawan is one of the best dentist in Clifton, New Jersey. He treat his patients like his family. Staff at Reception and in procedures are courteous and soft spoken. I had taken treatment from other dentist before but the work was not satisfactory done and my gap in the tooth was paining. In Dr. Nijhawan’s clinic I filled that gap silver capping. I did not had any insurance and in New Jersey without insurance Dental treatment is very costly.
He charged fairly, infect cheaper than all other costly clinic. I am feeling painless and much better. I am writing this review after 4 month of treatment. I must say Dr. Vivek is best. May God Bless you and your entire staff for your services.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Vivek Nijhawan's dentistry for over a year now, and I can honestly say their services are top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The reception staff is always friendly, and scheduling appointments is straightforward. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which is reassuring.
My dentist, Dr. Vivek, is not only skilled but also incredibly caring. I’ve had both routine cleanings and more complex treatments done, and each time the experience was smooth and virtually pain-free.
