Impossible to contact them. No email. Phone is only for billing or appointments. There’s a central number for the whole network and they are generally annoyed if you contact them. There are no actual hours listed anywhere for this place (and they’re not on the automated phone recording either). They make it as hard as possible to actually interact with them.

** I left this review on The “Dentists” Google page also, but this needs to be seen here also ** I have never had a more awful experience with a Dentist in my life. I’m 34 years old. I’ve Never had a cavity, I have very healthy teeth. I came in with a chip in my front tooth (from years of nail biting growing up) I asked for bonding on my front teeth to fix the chip and reinforce them (as I was directed from my dental hygienist friend what to ask for) I was told no. I was told I needed porcelain caps, and that my insurance would not cover them, so I needed to pay $2200 out of pocket. He told me he could match my teeth(I’ll post the photos to show THAT HE DID NOT MATCH THEM!) he ground down my teeth and gave me temporary caps, then came back in 3 weeks and had the permanent caps put on. Oh My God. They were bright yellow pieces of corn as my front two teeth.

I went home upset, called the next day in tears saying they had to be fixed, I couldn’t have this! I came in and the entire time he was drilling them off, he was scolding me, how I was taking up his time on his day off to do this for me, how he told me he was giving me what his brightest and whitest shade was. . IT WAS HORRIFIC. I work one on one with the public in a very photographed job. I can’t have my front teeth look like this. He gave me new temporary caps, then 3 weeks later, the permanent ones. They still DO NOT MATCH MY TEETH AT ALL! They are completely solid, they don’t look like teeth! It looks like pieces of gum in my mouth!! When he finished, he told me that was all he could offer me and I should be grateful he came in to do them for me, and if I have a problem with the color, to stop using whitening toothpaste and then they will match my new caps! Are you kidding me! He then left, he was out the driveway before I was even at the front counter. I had reached out to my insurance and they told me they were porcelain crowns, and they would be covered.

Though he said my insurance wouldn’t cover them at all. All so he could pocket the money? When at the time I wasn’t in a financial place to spend that, and then to be left with horrible fake, gum looking pieces as my front two teeth! When the whole time it could have been fixed with bonding and I could have had my teeth left looking like my own teeth! I’ve gone to many places for many opinions to remedy this situation, I’ve been told by previous employees of his, some upsetting things! I want my money back. He ruined my smile, my confidence, everything. I have not smiled in a photo showing my teeth since he destroyed it! Other dentists have also pointed out how he used the wrong material, how I should have been sent to a lab to have my teeth color matched (which he did not) they are the wrong shape, thickness, and weren’t placed accordingly and my gum line does not match any more. I want my money back. I have cried over this ever since it was done. I now have to spend nearly double the original money to have them fixed! Give me my money back!

Very unprofessional and unorganized practice. I had called days in advance and scheduled a new patient appointment for my mother. Provided all information including her dental insurance which at the time of making the appointment I was told the accept her dental insurance. We show up today to a nice surprise of now then not taking my insurance and suggested I go to another of their locations.

Perhaps if you’d verified your insurances the day before your patients come in, you would avoid unsatisfactory service. I will not be going to another of their locations if this is how you handle business .

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. G at this practice. From the moment I walked in, the office was welcoming and immaculately clean. Dr. G is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment.

The staff is friendly and efficient, making the entire visit seamless. I appreciated how thorough Dr. G was in explaining my treatment options. The office also has modern equipment, which gave me confidence in the care I received. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality dental care!😀
