Dentist took payment for two root canals. I chose not to have him complete them after he could not understand my request to correct my partial plate (I told him the left side was rubbing and he cut the right side three times until he finally understood my English well enough to do it correctly). He received payment for the two root canals and Crowns and when confronted (I went to a different dental practice and they informed me they could not get paid because A-1 Dental had previously billed for the same work) he has refused for over two years to return the money to the insurance company or forward it to the dentist of my choice to complete the work.
I have lost both teeth and am now suing for pain and suffering, loss of two permanent teeth, and a partial plate. His practice is committing insurance fraud. The office staff is rude, the office environment is dank and musty smelling.
I wish I had never set foot in this hell hole. DO NOT GO TO A-1 Dental (unless you like a butcher shop?)

I usually don’t rate unless a business deserves it. I was pretty scared about extracting my wisdom teeth, but the staff, including the front desk and the assistants at A-One dental care are extremely caring and they did a great job on making sure I was not in a lot of pain.

If you have a complication after an extraction don't expect the doctor to provide you with any relief. Been in agony for 7 days with a dry socket and have been given no relief.
