I initially chose this dentist, Ganesh, based on the impressive credentials listed on her website, which claimed membership in numerous prestigious dental organizations. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and troubling. The treatment I received was not only subpar but also abrasive. Her dental assistant exhibited bizarre behavior, repeatedly grabbing my injured arm by the wrist and throwing it up in the air to demonstrate that I needed to raise it if I felt pain—a practice both unprofessional and painful. Both she and the dentist were well aware of my injured arm, yet completely ignored it. When I voiced my concerns about this unacceptable treatment, I did so calmly and respectfully, as is my right as a patient.

Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the dentist erupted into a full-blown fit of rage. She screamed at me in front of other patients and staff, a display that was both humiliating and uncalled for. This is not how any patient deserves to be treated, especially in a professional healthcare setting. To make matters worse, when I decided to file a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Dental Board, I discovered that some of the professional affiliations she proudly displays on her website are fabricated. In fact, one of these organizations confirmed via email that she is not a member and that they were preparing to send her a cease-and-desist letter regarding this fraudulent claim. I have screenshots of the email from the attorney and of her website falsely showing her claims of membership.

Falsely advertising professional credentials is unethical and deeply misleading to potential patients. I strongly urge anyone considering this dentist to think twice. A healthcare provider should operate with honesty, professionalism, and integrity—qualities that were entirely absent in my experience. Avoid this practice at all costs.
