I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star rating! I came here in 2019 and the service was amazing including the staff. I come back here this year because the partial broke and agreed to get a new one. I know I don’t have the best teeth in the world, but for them to make this partial the way that they did, was absolutely disgusting! The same day, I got my mold done at 7:45 am, they told me to come back for it at 1 pm. I come back and the assistant is literally forcing the partial in my mouth and saying that it’s ok. It’s not okay if I’m uncomfortable and in pain, then you continuously force this partial in my mouth. Afterwards, she puts some kind of chemical on it and puts it in my mouth and my entire mouth and gums are on fire! She says it’s ok it’s just a chemical.

By this time I’m mad and I’m in pain. So they take the old partial that was made here and try to mimic it and tell me to come back the next day at 1 pm. I come back and the teeth are discolored, one is poking out from the other, my bottom teeth are hitting the partial, in which the assistant says I should go to my general dentist and have them grind my bottom teeth down, and the wire is hanging off my tooth. I told them that I couldn’t accept this and wanted it fixed correctly or give me a refund. The dentist was totally awesome and he stated that it was a poor job done. When I go to get my refund, they gave me $185 of the $385 that I initially paid them for a lab fee, in which I didn’t agree with because it was nothing that I did wrong.

The receptionist says because I wasn’t satisfied with the results and they tried twice they had to charge me for the $200. It’s absolute madness that they treat someone poorly when they can’t do their jobs properly. I am disappointed in the service and the quality of this establishment.

I highly would reccomend A1 Dental to anyone. They heard my concerns and took me in within one day! I'm walking around like a new person all because of these folks! I went somewhere else and they did me wrong but A1 got me right, and i am forever greatful for this place! All of the ladies are great and so friendly! The lab men are great as well :)

I am very happy with my teeth. My smile is amazing now!! Immediate dentures done and placed the same day as my extractions. No down time. However, i would recommend you take a few days off if you are having complete extractions to give yourself time to heal and adjust to new dentures. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Dentist answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with my decision. My confidence has been completely restored. Plus price is great compared to other offices that i went to for consultations.

I highly recommend this business. I fractured a tooth in the front of my mouth and cried for a week. I arrived at 7:30am, was back in my car within an hour. When I returned the same day I was very happy with my partial. This place is a gem! The staff is pleasant and professional, and the end result is definitely something to smile about! Thank you A1 Dental!!!
