I missed an appointment and they said that they wouldn't take me anymore. At first I was confused because what do you mean by " you cannot take me anymore?" If there is a fee I understand, NOPE no fee no explanation. I was literally banned FOR LIFE because of a missed appointment that I didn't even get reminded for ( waited almost a year for ) THIS WAS 5 YEARS AGO AND I CALL EVERYTIME TO DOUBLE CHECK IF MAYBE THEY HAVE COME TO THEIR SENSE ENOUGH TO UPDATE THEIR OUTDATED/PREJUDICE POLICY.

They haven't. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU BESIDES YOUR MONEY!!! (If you have Medicaid they'll just treat you like a lower class citizen )

My kids have been going here for years! They are friendly, and they will work with you if needed. I wouldn't send them any other place! Actually 2 of my children had an appointment yesterday, and my oldest has one today. The lady at the desk where you check in is really sweet! If you are looking for a dentist, try Silva, and Silva, ya heard!
