Horrible front desk staff. The attitudes, the little smart comments, rudeness from the so call “manager” on the phone. They need to hire people that like to do their job and don’t get overwhelmed when they are so many calls at the same time. We understand that it could get overwhelming but there is no need for the rudeness. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I always have great experience at this office! The staff is super friendly, and the hygienist is always gentle. The front desk person is very professional and happy to help with scheduling and any questions I have. Definitely recommend!

I was here last week and let me just let you know that I am a person who has severe anxiety at the dentist so this was my first time and it's been 2 years. I just wanted a dental cleaning And x-rays. There was a little confusion in the beginning and they couldn't find my appointment that was scheduled but they did, so I waited in the waiting room, filled out the paperwork and maybe 20 minutes i was brought in the back where another girl did the x-rays and then I waited for an hour and 15 minutes in the chair by myself. No one ever came back in. I never got my dental cleaning which I really wanted and I just got up and said I have to leave. It's been far too long.

I have a babysitter at home for my senior parent. I rescheduled the appointment but I just decided not to go back. the front end staff were pleasant enough to me but while I was there they were absolutely rude to a couple other people. I don't know. I'm just not feeling it. I'm not going back.

Like I said, I already have anxiety at the dentist and this just wasn't a good fit for me. A positive- it seemed pretty clean. I never had an opportunity to see the dentist.

I have been to A2Z Dental several times now for cleanings, each time was a good experience. The Dentists and assistants and front desk staff are very kind and helpful always. I was seen today for a problem and everyone in the office was very helpful and caring in helping me. Furthermore the office is nice and clean.

Thank you A2Z Dental for helping me again today. I will definitely recommend you. Thank you for providing such good service and care.
