I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I initially visited for what was diagnosed as a medium-sized cavity that required a simple filling. However, after the procedure, I experienced ongoing discomfort that the doctor repeatedly dismissed as normal, despite my concerns. Over time, he changed his description from a “medium” to a “deep” cavity—suggesting that excessive drilling may have occurred.

The practice seems overbooked, and the doctor appeared rushed and unable to devote adequate time to individual patients. I returned several times for follow-up visits due to persistent pain, but all I received were X-rays and reassurances that everything was fine. Eventually, I sought a second opinion. Another dentist referred me to an endodontist, who performed a pulp vitality test and confirmed that I needed a root canal.

This issue wasn’t visible on X-rays, something I was surprised the original doctor didn’t recognize or investigate further. After months of pain and thousands of dollars spent, I feel compelled to leave this review so others are aware. I sincerely hope this helps someone avoid the experience I went through and that I can finally move on.

My appointments always go well. The cleaning staff does an amazing and caring job. Dr Kim is always very thorough and likes to explain things to you. My teeth are not great, but they're always taken care off well here. I also had a procedure and they did a great job with it. Love the view.

I would recommend this practice to everyone. It's hard to have both great dentist & hygienist in the same practice, but AAA has it all. I'm very happy with all of their services. Trevor has been my favorite hygienist!
