If I can give 0 stars I will! Horrible waiting time! Systems were down yesterday so appointments were backed up for HOURS. I was there the day before, waited 2 hours before rescheduling for today due to a flash flood warning. I was there for 2 hours again today after checking in and I still wasn’t seen! I finally asking how long I have to wait and they had “wrong chart” on my file and had no intentions of fulfilling my appointment today. Receptionist was shocked I was there for 2 hours and said “like I said I don’t know what happened, I wasn’t here.

” But I saw her since I walked in at 11:30AM. UNORGANIZED! They apologized for the mistake and said I would be seen at 2PM (in 15 minutes). It was eventually after 2, many families were seen and I got fed up and left. WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

I had such a great experience at the dentist! The girls there were absolutely awesome—friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. They were professional but also warm and attentive, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how thorough and gentle they were.

Highly recommend this team if you're looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch! Big shoutout to Ashley—she’s always the MVP every time I come in. Super helpful, always on top of things, and just an all-around gem. 💐 10/10 would recommend 💐

Sierra and her fantastic team, including Maria, Anjali, Paola, and Sarah, truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
