The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will work with your schedule as much as possible. The services provided were excellent and thorough. I’m eager to go back and get the bacteria in my mouth balanced. They are definitely a step above “normal” dentist offices.

Susan is an excellent hygienist. I have not always had a good experience at the dentist. Susan was patient, easy to talk to and helped me to relax my anxiety. She answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing. She educated me about the benefits of a holistic approach. I appreciate her humor as well. Everyone is friendly and caring at Holistic Dentist Center.

I’m giving them a 2 for once reason. But I’ll start with the positive experience I had with them. The staff is great , extremely friendly and I am happy with how my 2 implants/ crown came out. The doctors were great also. BUT …. Here’s the thing that I found completely unbelievable. I paid over $18,000 for 2 implants but they have the nerve to tell me I have to pay for at least once cleaning with them for the warranty to be valid.

Now you got to be kidding me…. At first I was like ok I need a cleaning anyway but then I came to my senses and realize they just trying to squeeze every penny out of me. Ridiculous! So no I won’t be going back to this place … if they don’t want to honor the $18k implant’s warranty they can keep it. It’s a shame and they should be embarrassed to even have the nerve to tell me I have to pay for a cleaning to have my warranty. Stay away from this place …. You get the same service elsewhere but cheaper.
