I just had my cleaning with Dr Shuster, she and her staff are phenomenal. They are attentive and they explain what and why they are doing during the course of treatment. With this pandemic, her office adheres to the strictest hygiene safety procedures which is so important. My entire family and I am grateful to be patients of this practice. Renee B

I have had a couple of check ups and teeth cleanings with Dr. Shuster, both were great, she's wonderful! Brooks, the dental hygienist- great! It was a good experience all around and the women in the office were all very nice and efficient.

This review does not reflect Dr. Shuster’s Ethic or professionalism sadly rather some of her staff at the frontline. I was forced to cancel my appointment due to unexpected life circumstances, a serious car accident and a death in my family. Upon contacting the office to cancel my appointment I was told I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. I tried to explain my circumstances and her office manager, Danielle, was extremely rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic, and condescendingly speaking over me and telling me “sweetheart, do what you need to do” when I told her I would find a another dentist. My daughter and I have been patients for five years and the least the office manager could’ve been, was professional.

I have left several messages to speak to Dr. Shuster. I’m not even sure she received the messages. Often times patients leave their doctors because of their staff. I’ll gladly pay the cancellation fee, but I have chosen to find another dentist.
