Been going there over 4 years, it been so great they been so helpful and always try to work with you on anything you. Also been using Flex 9 by Nexus Dental Systems for my sleep Apnea and it been so helpful and every time I go back they clean your equipment for you. Don’t want to make this so long but I would definitely recommend they to anybody that looking for a good dental care. 😃👍🏽

Don’t believe the vague 5 star reviews Brilliant Smiles is NOT a great dentist office. The front desk people may be nice but yhey will lie to you about you needing work and charge you exorbitant prices for basic dental work. I was told I needed a tooth implant for a “cracked tooth” and was told it would be up to $7000 to fix.

Went to another dentist nearby and after a X-ray was told nothing was wrong with my teeth at all! If you do go to this dentist please go to another dentist for a second opinion! This office is about putting profits over the patient. Avoid at all costs

I went to Brilliant Smiles on 5/19 to have two crowns reattached by a dentist. The two young women women at reception were very nice and cheery. Getting paperwork done was issue free and effortless. Reina was my hygienist and I was so happy she was. Reina was quite thorough and took great care not to cause me any discomfort. Thank you Brilliant Smiles for having such a caring professional. Reina rocks!!THIS IS AN EDIT/ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL REVIEW. THE ONLY PERSON TO GET 5 STARS WAS REINA, THE HYGIENIST. THE TWO CHEERY PEOPLE SHOWED WHAT THE REAL DEAL WAS. PLEASE READ ON. . . . An appointment was made for 5/19 to have two crowns replaced. 1 bottom right and 1 upper left and told each was $150 for a total of $300. I made arrangements to pay half on the 19th and the balance on the 21st. Saw dr. lee who thought it ok to scream like a lunatic at her asst for walking away from her and reprimanded her in front of me. Saw Reina.

. . wonderful. Finished and had a small talk about food and cooking with amalya and harlan. harlan told amalya that I was paying $150 now and balance on the 21st. harlan told me twice that she would contact me on Wed to remind me about the 2nd $150. harlan never called me but called my husband instead telling him that payment did not go through with my account. He assumed it was $150 and told her that the money was in my account. I was not home so he told her to take it out of his account. harlan processed payment for $300 and not the $150. I called and spoke with amalya about it who insisted it was three crowns (one lg crown in two spots). Dentist never said it was three crowns. It was two pieces, two units. Husband called bank and reversed charge. We did not authorize what they charged. I told her it was one unit on the bottom and one unit on top and that is two plus I INSTALLED THEM, not the dentist, she merely put glue on the crown that she could not install, telling me that she was going to try one more time. amalya gave me hard time with getting information about owner (told me it was Dr. Shirley) or HER boss or a call from her boss. I chatted with someone via their website and was told that there is no Dr.

Shirley. A month later and still have not heard from owner or amalyas boss. They have called twice about my husband going in for check up. He has declined twice. You cannot up a charge as an afterthought. harlan/amalya never discussed the extra money with me and harlan attempted to do so in a completely shady manner. You will get the agreed upon amount. Balance due of $150 so please bill me for that balance. PS. . . . and you thought being all cutesy with your reply to my iniitial review. A premature acknowledgment of the front desk when I thought integrity was involved. It was a front desk frowns. There is a lot more to this but limited via google.
