I had a severe upper gum pain and significant cheek swelling over the weekend. On Monday, without an appointment, I visited Dr. Shin’s dental office as a walk-in emergency. Despite having several scheduled patients ahead of me, Dr. Shin kindly made time to see me right away.

After taking an X-ray, he quickly assessed that my condition required a specialist and was beyond the scope of general dentistry. He personally contacted an endodontic office and arranged a referral for me on the spot. Thanks to his prompt action and care, I was able to see an endodontist just 15 minutes later and receive the necessary procedure the same day. I’m now recovering well and am extremely grateful for Dr. Shin’s professionalism, compassion, and quick response.

I highly recommend Ace Dental to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring dentist near Ellicott City. Dr. Shin, I truly appreciate your help and the care you provided during a very stressful time. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!
