I went in for a new patient consultation for a treatment plan. It was Hands down the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Their entire staff is kind, inviting, patient and knowledgeable. During my time I interacted with 4 people (2 reps, dental assistant, and the Dr. ). I feel terrible that I don’t recall names as I knew immediately that I would be writing this review and should have taken a few.

I was very fearful to come to the dentist as I had not been in years due to lack of insurance. I was ashamed of my teeth and prepared for really bad news and a high price tag. The Dentist completely understood. I left understanding my treatment plan, confident in my journey to better teeth, totally understanding my financial obligation and surprised at how affordable it would be to turn years of no cleanings around for the better. I have suggested this office to many of my coworkers.

I was new patient and all staff was friendly except front desk representative. I called her before my apt and she was very unprofessional and when I reached at office and interacted front desk with the same person and she didn't treat me well. I feel like they should welcome new patient so they have good experience with friendly staff and are in comfort zone.

Other than that all went smoothly! Also I scheduled my apt only for regular cleaning and ended up by consultation with total 2 hours spending. I took my half off day from work just for this apt and when I called 2-3 times before my apt, she didn't even told that it will be first consultation only so I should be prepared for another day off, I would say it should be clear what is required in first apt and what's the total waiting time for new patients also if a consultation is required before a cleaning, then schedule both at one time on the same visit. It's very hard with my work schedules to take another day off in another month.

The front desk told me that when I made online apt it's not clear, which is really frustrated. It should have full description what is expectation for first apt when we make online apts or apt should be scheduled by phone only.

A few days ago, I experienced dental pain unlike anything I’ve ever felt. It was so severe that I ended up in urgent care, where they gave me antibiotics and pain medication and advised me to see an oral surgeon immediately. By the time I left, my face had started to swell—things were getting worse fast. That was on a Wednesday. I hadn’t slept in two nights, couldn’t eat, and the pain was making me feel delirious. I called several oral surgeons, only to hear the same response: “No doctor is available today. We can schedule you for next week or in a few weeks.

” Desperate, I searched online and found Dental One Associates—just down the street from me. When I called, the person who answered—Lenny—heard the urgency in my voice and was incredibly kind. I am deeply grateful for her. She managed to squeeze me into Dr. Ben’s schedule within an hour. I made it there, and the care I received was exceptional. The staff was empathetic, compassionate, and efficient.

It turned out I had a severe abscess, which explained the intensity of the pain. Dr. Ben and his associate removed the tooth and gave me immediate relief. I don’t often write reviews, but when care is this good—when people truly listen and go out of their way to help—I believe it deserves recognition. I highly recommend Dental One Associates.
