I had been going and had good experiences so I told my wife about them. She had to get bottom dentures and it has been a complete nightmare. She went in a couple times with problems and now they stopped answering calls, do not return calls, and simply do not care about the pain and discomfort she is having with them.

There is an extra tooth on one side and they don't line up correctly, and they cause mouth ulcers. I am completely disappointed because I recommended them to her.

Very friendly and have consultations before doing work. Never had that at my old dentist. Dr. Slavin has consultations had no problem fixing what another dentist had done while I was on strong gas no consultation. Just X-ray pictures at foot of chair and sign papers to pay.

I physically had to stop the procedure when i could feel what was being done. Dr. Slavin and Tinker have been very kind and the office has been great too. I would definitely give ActOn a great grade.

Beware If You Don't Ask questions You Will Not Know Anything about Your Specific Implant Process! IVE NEVER FELT SO ANXIOUS,SCARED AND JUST NEGLECTED. FROM DR SLAVEN IVE NEVER HAD A DENTIST THAT WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND CORDIAL TO MY FACE YET I CANNOT GET THE SERVICES I PAID 12,000$ FOR I HAVE AS DR SLAVEN WOULD CALL IT "ROLLIN ON RIMS" THAT MEANS IM ON MY 3RD TEMPORARY IMPLANT THATS RIGHT 3RD AND I HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL 500$ CASH OUT OF POCKET THAT DAY TO GET THAT 3RD TEMPORARY IMPLANT. DESPERATE I HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS. SO STILL FEARING REJECTION I HAVE PAID ACT ON DENTAL OVER 15,000 DOLLARS AND I HAVE BROKEN TEETH AND IT HURTS SO BAD IT IS LITERALLY CUTTING THE INSIDE OF MY MOUTH. . . .

. WHENEVER I ASKED KATHY THE OFFICE MANAGER TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN FOR 4200$ WHICH I COULD HAVE PAID IN 4 MONTHS I WAS REJECTED AND BASICALLY MADE THE JOKE OF THE DENTIST OFFICE. AND I THOUGHT. . . . .

But When You Are Dealing with Professionals That Seems Like It would be enough They WOULD NEVER DISREGARD YOUR HEALTH THEY ARE GOOD UPSTANDING DENTIST WHO HAVE PROTOCOL AND ADA Standards They also Went to extensive Schooling for they're professional WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG????!!! YEAH I CANT EVEN CALL THESE PEOPLE AND I AM TOTALLY EMBARRASSED OF HOW THIS WHOLE ORDEAL WENT OH AND THE FACT THAT MY 4 FRONT TEETH ARE TOTALLY MISSING IS THE TOPPING ON THE CAKE!

I have been going to Acton Dentistry since they opened in Wentzville Mo. A very friendly and helpful staff! They recently went above and beyond as a whole team working together to make sure I got some needed major dentistry work done in a time crunch due to my dental insurance. I am very thankful for them!
