From the office staff, to the dental assistants, to the dentists, you can't get better than this! Communication about procedures and a relaxed environment is the least I can say. From day one they have exceeded my expectations!

I called in months ago to see about setting up new patient care and if this dentist worked with patients without dental insurance. When I was speaking with the representative on the phone, I was quoted $50 for exam, X-rays, and cleaning as a special this location runs for new patients without dental insurance. I made the appointment and when the time came, I headed to the office where I completed all new patient paperwork and began working with Rosie at the front desk. Rosie was kind and told me that my services for the day would be $150 to which I explained that I was quoted $50 at the time of scheduling. Rosie reviewed the notes of my account and confirmed that I was indeed quoted $50. She spoke with the other woman working at the front who informed me that $50 was nowhere near what the services cost and that $150 is still a great deal. She further explained to me that I should be grateful to have a deal when these services cost roughly $700-$800 and the office is doing uninsured patients favors by offering any discount. At no time did I become combative, I explained what I was quoted and that I would have continued shopping around to compare dentists in the area, but based upon my conversation with the representative at scheduling and the fact my fiancé utilizes their services, I came here. I continued with the appointment and Rosie explained she would “speak with Dr. T” because I was “quoted one thing and that’s not your fault.

” The women who conducted my X-rays and my cleaning were kind and professional. When the dentist came in, I was continuously informed how bad of shape my teeth were in and that I needed at least $2,500 worth of work to get them in line. Additionally, I needed oral surgery, was apparently unaware of my own dental history, and needed an additional $5,000 worth of services. The dentist was not great about answering my questions and I felt very unheard and seen as a monetary opportunity from the moment I walked in the door. Throughout the entirety of my appointment, numerous comments were made about my occupation and based upon the money grabbing opportunities made by the dentist/employees, I believe that was for a reason. After it was all said and done, I was still required to pay the $150 which I did gladly. At no time was I looking or asking for the office to undercut its services, however, I did expect that as a business it would honor the mistake of its employee and not take the businesses mistake out on a patient. I am saddened to think that anyone, but particularly someone in a different position that I am, would be charged three times the cost of what was quoted and not informed of the same until after the services were concluded. Overall, what I did not appreciate was the disrespect I received from the other front desk worker, and the sham tactics utilized by the dentist. At this juncture, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone lacking dental insurance as it is not a friendly and approachable environment.

My fiancé, who does have insurance and has never encountered such actions, has voiced that they will also not be returning and regret ever recommending this location. I do not need an apology, but as a legal professional in the community I implore you all to do better. Additionally, before anyone from the office comments asking for me to call in to chat regarding this review, consider reaching out to the patients who have left an honest review and whose contact information you have readily available. It should not be on me, or anyone else leaving a less than stellar review to have to call in to your office to request that such actions are rectified and accountability taken. Lastly, I have already left this same information on your internal system when I received an email prompting me for feedback on my experience and have never heard back from you all. This was well over a week ago. It appears that it takes having a harsh review being left in the public eye for your office to even consider making a half-hearted attempt at ‘correcting’ a bad experience.

Came in with a dental emergency and a terrible history with dentists. left with a weight off of my shoulders, confidence in my future gum health, and the drive to take care of my teeth again. Cant recommend or thank Admiral enough.

Friendly front desk staff, friendly dentists and a clean, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Also, their Vantage One savings plan is more affordable than almost any other clinic’s non-insurance savings plan.
