Needed a new dentist after insurance change. Took 5 days for someone to answer phone. First red flag. Next one came when the hygienist ask me to be patient with her. Then the wrong doctor I made the appointment treated me. Front teeth fillings didn't even match my permanent teeth color. Made partial adjustment when asked not to because my mouth was numb.

Now too loose to stay in mouth. Tried to call for appointment to adjust. Never received call back. People looking for a new dentist don't pick this office . Such bad experience. Staff immature and unprofessional. Only thing good is front office decor

Came to the Maryville location cause my top wisdom teeth have been hurting the past month and Dr. SERRANO Saw me and explained me the option I had especially since I don’t have dental insurance and I opted to get the top removed a later date which was today but at the Hardin Valley location cause that’s where she is that day (today). The process was a breeze and painless with only getting numbed before the extraction.

She makes sure there’s no discomfort the whole time checking on me but even her process and technique of numbing with the needle was painless. Even with out dental insurance the price was definitely fair in my opinion and the gals here are nice and helpful. Definitely recommend

I literally laughed the entire way from the exam room to my car because I was so blown away with how fast and affordable my emergency service was. My orthodontist in Texas installed a permanent retainer on top and bottom 12 years ago after removing my braces. Last week my top permanent retainer broke and the wire came unattached on one side and started stabbing my tongue. I called numerous orthodontists in Knoxville but none of them would treat me (even though it was an emergency and I couldn’t eat or talk) without first having a new patient appointment.

The average wait time for a first time appointment was a month and a half. Finally my husband called Knoxville Dental Center and they got me in first thing the next morning even though I had never been there!! My husband and I feared we would be spending hundreds of dollars since we don’t have dental insurance and I worried that the repair would be complicated and take hours. It cost $50. 00 and took less than 5 minutes.

I still can’t believe it! Besides the great service, the office waiting room is so cute! I love this place.
