Hello, My name is Renee Boudreaux. First off, I never write bad reviews this is the first one I have written in my life. Second off, the staff is terrible and they don't care about their patients at all. If you aren't loaded financially, don't bother coming here because that's all they care about. I came to this dentist office to get a treatment plan done for my teeth. The treatment plan cost was over $20K and included one root canal and several fillings with cleanings.

When I went back to get my root canal, I was put under anesthesia. They had to put me under more than once because it wasn't strong enough (which I thought was weird) it took me over three days to recover from the anesthesia when I went home. They put a cap on my tooth that didn't fit properly, so it got infected and I had to go back to get refitted for another one. When I went back again, they put the second cap on my tooth and even though it was a little snug, I was happy with it. A few months later, the same tooth they did a root canal on is infected underneath the cap and I have to take antibiotics again. I am never going back to this office, and I'm seeing someone else.

I do NOT recommend this practice to anyone. And YES, I have given this place several chances to be better. Hope this helps.

I’m 56 years old and due to my experiences as a child I have a deep fear of going to the dentist. Even to get my teeth clean makes my blood pressure rise but this place has made me feel so secure and nothing to worry about. Love this place.

As usual, I had an outstanding experience at my West Chester Advanced Dentistry location today. The entire team was incredibly patient, compassionate and thorough in helping me determine the cause of my gum, jaw and ear pain.

They took the time to listen. Explain everything clearly and made me feel truly cared for I'm so grateful for their professionalism and kindness - highly recommend this office!
