It was really an easy experience. To be blunt I hate going to the dentist and I have bad teeth. The doctor was confident, reaffirming, and really cared to deliver me results. I definitely recommend their services and appreciate the level of care I received.

Being terrified of anything related to going to the dentist, I’ve had great experiences at Advanced Dental on Preston each visit. Had an emergency visit with Dr Hayward, who was very calm, understanding, and patient. Keyuri was amazing for both deep cleaning visits I needed, after not prioritizing my dental health for at least 10 years (read: avoiding the dentist).

Dr Hayward, Keyuri, and every staff member that handled each visit, fillings, and front desk experience helped ease my (hyped up, unwarranted) fear and were great at managing my experience, assuring me, and keeping me calm throughout each process. Highly recommended.

Very nice place. The Autobot receptionist is a little annoying but you just have to learn her cues. The people are amazingly nice. I got some emergency X-rays and a consult for a great price. Tomorrow is a procedure. That's great, some places I searched online for emergency appoints offered mid- June dates, 3 weeks out.

Update: extraction the very next day. Answered all my questions. Extremely considerate in helping to deal with the pain of TMJ also. I left there in great pain, naturally, telling them how kind and considerate they are.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:50PM, which I booked before noon today due to severe, excruciating tooth pain. My insurance network is very limited, so I specifically confirmed with this office ahead of time that I could be seen and pay out of pocket, They told me that would be fine. Less than an hour before my appointment, they called me back and cancelled, claiming it would be “insurance fraud” to pay out of pocket since I’m not in-network — a statement that is completely false. When I called back to address this and clarify, they hung up on me and didn’t even say “hello”.

Because of their last-minute cancellation, I was left with no way to get care, no time to find another provider, and was ultimately forced to cancel a vacation I had scheduled for the next morning. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and compassion was unacceptable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise anyone looking for honest, dependable dental care to look elsewhere.
