I hate going to doctor/dentist offices...but the receptionist Tricia was the best... she made me feel safe just by encouraging me thru the process of my root canal/crown. You go girl..Highly recommend this place...

UPDATE: I'm in some of the worst pain I've ever been in. . . again. . . . two years later. My teeth were never in pain until I got work done here.

OLD REVIEW: Amazing staff. Very kind, caring people. However, my teeth have been permanently damaged. I had a couple of fillings for my cavities, and initially, I spent several weeks in pain. I couldn't even close my mouth. After about 3 visits and fixes to these fillings, I still experienced discomfort. I just decided to stop going to I didn't have to get my fillings redone for a fourth time. This was from February to March 2023. It's now over a year later, and I'm still experiencing discomfort.

. I'm defeated and heartbroken, as I never really had teeth problems up until my visit. Now I have what seems like permanent damage, and it seems as if I may need to get teeth removed or something. This all started with a very simple cavity filling. Most of which were really light decay. Again, amazing staff, and I hate to say this, but just be more knowledgeable than me going into it, don't let anyone convince you to do more than what you came in for unless you KNOW you need the procedure done. And know when to stop. It shouldn't take 3 visits to get fillings right.

They seem to care more about their money than their patients' health. I had a $20 remainder on my bill that my insurance told me not to pay, and they would handle it. I explained this to the dental staff and their response was to bill me a late fee. I ended up paying the $20 but not the late fee. They canceled my next appointment last minute without telling me.

A very unprofessional retaliation. In general, they are extremely unprofessional and don't respect that their patients are not well versed in the intricacies of dental insurance. I ended up losing the tooth before I could see a more competent dentist. Stay far away.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 20+ years and I’m so happy that I chose to come to advanced dentistry! From the moment I walked in the front door and talked with the receptionist till the time I left I felt super comfortable. Not gonna lie after 20sum years I was a bit nervous to go to a dentist! Colleen (sorry if that’s not how you spell your name) was absolutely amazing in giving me information about what’s going on.

I’m very happy with the service I received and can’t wait to go back for my deep cleaning 🦷🪥 oh and by the way no cavities!!! 😂
