This practice caused bite issues for me that have lasted years. Dr Sunni drilled out 5 cavities in one session on both the top and bottom of one side of my mouth. The other non dentist employee who was qualified to do fillings filled them all, but my bite was uneven and there was what felt like a big gap on the whole side of my mouth they worked on. As I was pointing this out, Sunni started filing away parts that were the problem. I thought he was only removing filling but he then removed part of the back of my front tooth, which I didn't ask for. So now my front teeth don't line up when I set them together in addition to the fillings.

When I asked if he thought it was over ambitious to do top and bottom quadrants of the same side at once he was defensive. Up to that point I thought he seemed to be a decent person. I was just feeling traumatized by my inability to set my mouth closed, feeling like there were jagged edges everywhere, and more frequent TMJ symptoms. Another dentist in the area reluctantly admitted the fillings were maybe passable but not so great and redid them so I was out more money. She was retiring and she told me bite corrections could take years so that was never really fixed. She also told me she wouldn't have done both top and bottom quadrants in one session.

My canines have now worn down a lot years later to the point where my bite is more comfortable but not perfect, and there's now crowding on my lower front teeth I never had before. Always had perfect teeth, never needed braces. I was insanely stressed out about this and depressed for close to a year. The dentist not owning up to it made it worse.

I had been experiencing an issue with bad breath, and turns out I had a pretty bad cavity that was causing the problem. Doctor Patel did a great job in cleaning it out, and filling it. My mouth feels so clean now - what a relief! Their team did a fantastic job, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend.
