My husband and I went to here in July and they quoted my husband and I around $25k worth of dental work. We held off because we both didn’t feel like we needed it and we didn’t have any pain. We went to another dentist last month and they said we had nothing wrong with our teeth.

Update: I received a call that these bills are being marked paid. Seems they chose to stop taking my insurance in the 48 hour window between verifying the insurance and our appointments, and we slipped through the cracks, or something like that. We have received no further bills. Terrible experience here that we are still working to resolve. They were listed as a provider with our dental insurer. Called and confirmed that they do take our insurance and made our kids appointments as new patients.

A couple days before the appointments someone called to get our detailed insurance information and again confirmed they take our insurance. Took my two kids in for their appointments and gave them our insurance card and again confirmed that the visits would be covered- no copay or payment due at time of visit. A month after their appointments we received a bill for over $500. Called them and they said they don't take our insurance- they do have records that they had told us they did, but said too bad. Called our insurance company who says they are providers. Call dentist back and they say they will try to resolve since they made the error.

Insurance says they'll work directly with them for the and they'll pay it as out of network. That was 2 months ago and just received another bill. Completely unacceptable to tell patients that you take their insurance and then refuse to file the claim and take the payment. Outside of that, my kids both said that the person who did their cleaning was extremely rough and painful and they asked me to find them another dentist. So all this hassle for a one-time visit.

Horrible place in my opinion. Not only is it set up to wear you see and are laying in a line of other patients with no privacy, but I was given wrong medical advice. I was told I needed numerous new teeth. . also, instead of recognizing I needed a root canal and sending me right away to a professional, they proceeded to start trying to numb me to treat it as a cavity fill.

After unable to get me numb they hurt my tooth even further. After went for a second opinion with a real dentist practice, it was found that I do not need new teeth. I just needed cavity fills. . so they wanted to profit in all new veneers , and were unable to properly handle what should’ve been a root canal reference
