It is a 1 star dentist office with terrible help. They are a ghetto money hungry business 🤬 they are only there to get paid not help people. They have a good looking building and staff but don't be fooled it's just a pretty hell hole. If you are in serious pain don't go billing department take 3-6 weeks to put in a request. This review isn't to bash the business this was just my experience.

I was not planning on writing a review at all but after my recent experience with the front desk staff I absolutely have to share this! This place is a scam. The front desk staff is rude, pushy, and completely unprofessional. I went in for wisdom tooth pain and was told I needed all four removed. My insurance agreed to cover the extraction and sedation, but then I was hit with a surprise “mandatory” $1,000+ charge for something called an intra-socket biological membrane—a service they KNOW no insurance covers. When I asked if the procedure could be done without it, I was told the doctor refuses to do the extraction unless I pay out of pocket for this unnecessary add-on.

I declined, clearly and politely, multiple times. Despite that, I was harassed with texts and phone calls—five follow-ups even after saying no. When I finally asked them to stop contacting me but still expressed my gratitude for their help, someone from the front desk had the nerve to respond with a smartass message: “Just simply reply NO as it asks in the end of the text, and you will stop receiving automated messages. ” Completely uncalled for and disrespectful, especially since I was nothing but polite the entire time. I’ve worked front desk for 6 going on 7 years and I would never speak to someone the way they spoke to me.

This place is clearly more interested in squeezing every dollar out of people than actually helping them. If you’re not ready to throw down $1,000+ for a “required” service your insurance won’t touch, don’t waste your time. And don’t expect basic courtesy from the staff either.

My daughter was a little nervous at first, but the staff was very kind and helpful. They made her feel comfortable and explained everything in a gentle way. Everyone was friendly and patient. We are really happy with the care she received.

The office is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. My daughter had a procedure done, and they made her feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. The doctor was gentle, patient, and great with kids. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
