I have been a patient at Greenpoint Dental for several years now, and I can't recommend them enough! Dr. Roman Kogen is absolutely wonderful. As someone who gets nervous at the dentist, I truly appreciate how he goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease during my visits.. Thx again!

Best experience I have had at the dentist so far! I used to go to a different clinic and would take months to schedule me in and another few months for follow ups. Greenpoint Dental Center was able to schedule me in for the following week. They were able to fit me in during a tight schedule and worked with me to make sure I got the care I needed in a timely manner.

I’m happy to say I’ve always had a wonderful experience here. I went in last year as a new patient with sudden onset pain, I was seen same day & provided relief. Then we developed a treatment plan together & got me back to maintenance mode of dental hygiene cleaning & exam every 6 months. Dr. Kogen is my dentist & Soula is my dental hygienist.

They are the best! Highly skilled, informative & thorough. They listened to my needs. I’m grateful to them & thankful to the rest of the staff as well at Greenpoint Dental Center.

I give 2 stars for the great receptionist. However, my experience with Dr. Avi Yadgarov was upsetting at most. I had a cavity behind one of my front two teeth that I had a slight chip on upon arrival. When she finished the filling I noticed the chip was significantly worse. I immediately told the receptionist and she had Dr. Avi Yadgarov come back to fix the issue.

I showed her my chipped tooth and she immediately said to me “you came in here like that”. I told her it was not as bad as she made it at which I had pictures to prove if needed. She then offered to add filling. I initially booked with Dr. Kogen online but was told he didn’t do fillings upon arrival. I asked for anyone else except Yadgarov because the initial consultation she complained about me having to get a filling for a tooth in the back of my mouth that would be hard for her to reach. I had wanted a second opinion but was told by receptionist I’d have to come another day to see someone else so I stayed.

Her sarcasm about me needing multiple fillings after my teeth inquiries were quite off putting which made me to believe she was aware that I had wanted to see a different dentist. The attitude was uncalled for. If I needed multiple fillings, I wish I could’ve gotten at least 2 or 3 done in 1 sitting. She only did 1 front tooth maybe due to lack of time, who knows. However, I don’t have the time to keep scheduling appointments for 1 filling at a time. I will be going elsewhere to finish my procedures.
