This provider has managed to hide the reviews that don’t align with the majority of complaints as it relates to Dentures! They should not be in the business of dentures because they are incapable of handling a service above their pay grade!

I DONT RECCOMEND GOING UNTIL THE DR. CAN GET BETTER OFFICE STAFF. I went to Affable 3 yrs ago, they were ok then. Today i called to get reestablish with them because I have a broken tooth and it is time to catch up on my dental needs. Even though I read all the negative reviews, they were ok in the past so i thought i would still give them a try. I must say Dr Noel himself was great. The woman answering the phone is horrible.

I first called at 2:15pm and was asked to call back after 3 because it was lunch time. Realy? But ok. She is definitely ARGUMENTATIVE, RUDE, DOES NOT CARE, didn't want to hear my problem, and could not get service for the broken tooth until after having a 1. 5hr visit for xray, cleaning and exam. I'm ok with the xray and exam but the cleaning could wait, until broken tooth is addressed. But no, she said that's how it works. So I asked what to do about the broken tooth in the mean time, could she give a referal, and she said to call ECMC.

I asked if she could give me the info for the referral. She said no. If i treated customers that way i wouldnt have a job. Why does the Dr. put up with staff like that, and for so long. NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! TERRABLE HORRABLE PATIENT SERVICE.

It starts with the top at every company. Management needs improvement on courtesy and how their system works. The techs seem good when I've worked with them. I was in the middle of getting my crown placed and management came to the back and told them to stop working because they thought my insurance wasn't working. The beginning of my visit I already reviewed and got the clear from another person on the management team.

Communication is clearly also lacking. She then and went to speak to other woman and they told the tech to continue working. . . Were they really going to leave me without a tooth based on their system not working? Another time I came in for a cleaning and they said I did not confirm even though I had 3 text messages to prove it and showed them.

They were laughing and disrespectful saying it's ok and that they could fit me in. Why do I need to be fit in or belittled when I have a confirmed appointment? I'm definitely finding a new office who is more organized and competent.
